Friday August 22, Saturday August 23 and Sunday August 24, 2025, at the Thunderbolt Raceway
$1,199 per Driver with Car - $299 per Non-driving Guest
LIMITED to 25 Advanced Drivers and 25 Intermediate Drivers
Almost 8 Hours of Track Time !
On Friday 8/22, you can choose one option out of three
1) Friday Night Karting -under the lights 5pm-8pm
2)Enjoy the Olympic Size Heated Pool 5pm-10pm
3)Tour the Millville WWIII Airport Museum 6:00pm-7:30pm
*Each option includes a BBQ cookout & cash bar at the Clubhouse Pool begining at 8:30pm*
On Saturday 8/23, you will drive on the Thunderbolt Circuit in a 30-minute Session open track format (must use own car) 9:30am-6pm
* This day includes:
*Buffet Breakfast from 8am - 9am
*Buffet Lunch from 1pm-2pm
*Dinner with a Pro Driver 7pm
* Dinner includes: Shrimp Cocktail, Filet Mignon or Grilled Salmon and a cheesecake dessert
On Sunday 8/24, you will drive on the Thunderbolt Circuit in a 30-minute Session open track format (must use own car) 9am-6pm
* This day includes:
*Coffee and Bagels a the APEX store from 8am - 9am
*Track walk with Dennis Macchio from 12pm-1pm
*Buffet Lunch from 1pm-2pm
Other Activites for your family to do while you are on track:
*Lounge by the pool and enjoy summer cocktails
*Take a drive to Atlantic City for Casino or Outlet Shopping
*Need SPEED - Go to our Go-Karting Facility
*Go Clay Shooting at a nearby range
*Paid Guests and Family are invited to watch or participate in all hospitality dining activities
Event requirements
This is an open track day format - Intermediate and Adcanced Drivers ONLY with prior track experience. Must have own car
Car: No hybrid or electric vehicles
Driver’s License: All Drivers must have a valid Driver’s License/Competition License and be at least 18 years of age to participate. You will be asked to present your Driver’s License at the track. Please be sure to bring documentation regarding track experience
Helmet Requirement: A Snell SA 2015, FIA 8859-15, 8860-18 or newer helmet is required for all drivers on the track.
Attire: Full safety gear required.
Tech: A tech inspection is required for each car prior to accessing the race course. A NJMP official will tech your car prior to the event. Check the event schedule for tech hours of operation. Please view the tech form prior to your arrival in order to be sure your car is adequately prepared. Download a copy of our tech form here.
Speed Limits: Speed limit in the paddock is 5 mph. Speed limit on access roads is 25 mph. Do not test vehicles or bed brakes on infield roads. For non-racing events, the pit lane speed limit is 20 mph.
Fuel: NO FUELING on PIT LANE. For the convenience of customers, New Jersey Motorsports Park houses fuel stations at both the Thunderbolt and Lightning Raceways. On track days the fuel stations are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The fuel station at Thunderbolt Raceway offers octanes of 93,95 & 100 (unleaded) and 110 & 112 (leaded), while the station at Lightning Raceway offers 93 & 100 (unleaded) and 110 (leaded). The fuel stations are permitted to fill containers in proper five gallon red fuel cans only, per New Jersey state law. Larger fuel containers of 10 gallons or more (any color) are permitted to be used as long as they are marked appropriately (stickers or writing on container that reads “FUEL”).
Property Damage: Participant is responsible for any damage to NJMP property, on or off track, including but not limited to Armco damage, Tire Wall damage, Brake Marker damage, Oil Spill clean-up, Paddock damage, and Garage damage.
Noise: Un-muffled engines must not be run before 8:30 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m.
No Passengers or Instructors permitted.
